Castle Gardens ILM at the Island Men Mac & Cheese Festival — Carolina Beach

On Saturday, March 22nd from 1–3 PM, Castle Gardens ILM will be on-site at Good Hops Brewing (811 Harp Avenue, Carolina Beach, NC) competing in the Annual Island Men Mac & Cheese Festival — and we want you there.

Chef Dex will be bringing two entries to the floor: Southern Traditional and Spicy Mac & Cheese. Both built from scratch. Both made to win.

This is a community festival at one of Carolina Beach's favorite breweries — outdoor, lively, and open to the public. Come hungry, grab a beer from the taproom, and work your way through the competition. Your vote decides who takes home the Golden Noodle.

We'd love to see familiar faces in the crowd. If you've ever had Castle Gardens food at an event, a dinner, or a private gathering — you already know what we're capable of. This is your chance to taste it head-to-head against the best the Cape Fear coast has to offer.
