The Site provides information regarding our luxury catering, private chef, and event services. Please note:
Inquiries are Not Contracts: Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or using the "Book an Event" forms on the Site does not constitute a binding contract for services.
Separate Agreements: All final event bookings, menu selections, and catering services are subject to a separate, mutually signed Catering Agreement or Event Contract, which will outline specific pricing, deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and liability terms for your specific event.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
